When do weekly and monthly limits reset?
Weekly limits reset each Monday at 00:00 UTC. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrades show a Stripe proration preview before taking effect. Downgrades take effect at renewal. You can manage cancellation and payment details in Billing.
What happens to an existing Artist Plus subscription?
Eligible existing $5/month Plus subscriptions keep that price and access for a three-month transition, then move to Artist Lite at $5/month. Existing annual Plus subscribers keep their purchased terms.
Who can use the Lyric Video Maker API?
Only developer apps created or owned by active Soundvia One subscribers can access it. Access stops if the owner loses One entitlement.
